Privacy notice

This site is run by Jicsud Marketing Agency, the freelancing brand under JICSUD TECHNOLOGIES. This notice explains what happens to the details you give us.

What we collect

When you send a booking request or project brief, we store what you enter: your name, email, chosen service, and any optional business name, phone number and details. For booking requests we also store your preferred date, time and time zone. We record when the request arrived and its handling status. To limit abuse, we keep a one-way scrambled version of your connection's network address for up to one day; we don't store the address itself.

Why

Only to review your request and contact you about it. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.

Where it's kept

Requests are stored in this website's hosted database and can only be viewed by the site owner after signing in.

WhatsApp and email

If you choose to continue in WhatsApp or by email, your details are passed to that app as a draft you review and send yourself. Those services handle your message under their own terms.

Tracking

We haven't added advertising trackers or analytics scripts to this site.

Correction or deletion

To ask for your details to be corrected or deleted, email emakiuel@gmail.com and include your request reference if you have it.
